Van Chan (Vietnamese: Văn Chấn) is a district (huyện) of Yen Bai Province, in the northeastern region of Vietnam.
As of 2003 the district had a population of 138,684.[1] The district covers an area of 1,205 km². The district capital lies at Tran Phu.[1]
